Spend time with 2013 National Champion Max Aaron as he takes us through all the necessary lower body exercises that helped to give him the strength needed to execute triple and quadruple jumps. This intense 45 minute class focuses on the firing of gluts, quads and hamstrings for MAXimum power while exhausting those muscle groups. Coaches Max and Brad will also review the alignment of the skaters to produce efficiency so everything correlates on and off the ice.
