Join National Senior Men’s Competitor Jun-Hong Chen and Brown University’s Sports Physiologist Andrea Sobieraj for this 45 minute class which teaches proper warm up drills for the skaters and enhances their jumping technique . A combination of cardio work out, video analysis, and jump rotations, this class will get our skaters hearts pumping while refining their technique needed for single, double, and triple jumps. Gain confidence off the ice with proper jumping technique, air positions, and isolation exercises.
