Balance is your ability to control your body without movement against gravity. Stability is your ability to control your body during movement. In this class we will develop and deepen your balance and test and strengthen your stability. This class requires a yoga block (or text book), object that can be held and tossed (dog toy or ball), an object that is not solid that you can stand on (butt pad, pillow, towel or wobble board) and a yoga mat. This is the prefect recovery class after a hards day of training.
